These guides are educational, not clinical

The guides teach general behavioral principles drawn from Applied Behavior Analysis so that parents can apply them at home. They are not clinical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan, and buying one does not create a professional or therapeutic relationship.

If your child’s behavior is severe, persistent, or causing significant concern, please work with a qualified behavioral or mental health professional. Nothing in these guides replaces an evaluation or a plan built for your specific child.

Your license: one family

When you buy a guide you are buying a license to use it. You are not buying the content.

A family license covers:

  • One household, including both parents or co-parents even if you live in two homes

  • Printing as many copies as your own family needs, as often as you need them

  • Sharing the file or a printout with the people caring for your own child: a grandparent, a nanny, a babysitter, your child’s other parent

A family license does not expire. It does not cover use with other people’s children in a professional capacity. If you are a therapist, teacher, home visitor, parent educator, or program facilitator and you want to use these guides with the families you serve, you need a multi-user license.

What you can do

Read it, print it, write all over it, and keep it as long as you like

  • Print the worksheets, templates, and cheat sheets as many times as your child needs

  • Hand a printed copy to someone caring for your child

  • Adapt for accessibility: enlarge the text, change the contrast, add alt text. Keep the copyright line intact.

  • Recommend it to other parents by sending them the link to the page, not the file

What you cannot do

  • Post the file anywhere other people can get it: a website, a Facebook group, a shared drive, a cloud folder, a classroom platform, a resource marketplace

  • Sell it, resell it, or fold it into anything you sell

  • Use it with clients, students, or the families on your caseload without a multi-user license

  • Copy the writing, worksheets, or templates into your own materials, whether you charge for them or not

  • Remove or obscure the copyright line, the branding, the educational disclaimer, or the license footer on a licensed copy

  • Present the material as your own work, or teach from it as your own curriculum

Free guides: share the link, not the file

The free guides exist to be passed around. There is one rule. Send people to the page so each person downloads their own copy, rather than forwarding the PDF.

This applies to organizations too, and it is an open invitation. If you run a parent program and want to put a free guide in front of families, link it in your newsletter, your intake packet, your waiting room handout, or your resource list. No license is needed and no permission is required. Just link the page.

Multi-user and agency licenses

These licenses are for organizations that put behavior guides directly into parents’ hands: parent education programs, Early Intervention providers, family resource centers, pediatric and behavioral health clinics, home visiting programs, school district family outreach, foster and kinship support, and autism and disability support organizations.

  • Program license: up to 25 families. Sized for a single parent class, cohort, support group, or caseload.

  • Site license: up to 100 families at one location.

  • Agency license: unlimited families across one organization, including multiple locations.

All three run for one year and renew. Each covers distributing the licensed guides to the families you serve, printing copies for them, and using the material in your own parent training and groups. None of them cover posting files publicly, reselling, or licensing them onward to another organization.

Pricing is quoted per request. Email dynamicbehaviorsolutions@gmail.com with which guides you want, roughly how many families will receive them each year, how many locations are involved, and whether you need a purchase order. You will get a written quote back, valid for 30 days.

Purchase orders and how files are delivered

Purchase orders are accepted from schools, districts, agencies, nonprofits, and clinics. I send a written quote plus a W-9 and any vendor paperwork your finance office needs, you issue the purchase order, and I invoice against it. Payment is by check or ACH, net 30 unless your terms say otherwise. Invoices are payable to Sally Hooper. If your procurement rules require delivery before payment, files can go out on receipt of an approved purchase order.

Every multi-user license is issued to one named person rather than a shared inbox. When you request a quote, include the name, title, and email of the person who will hold the license. That contact receives the files and the license certificate and is who I follow up with about renewal.

Licensed copies are stamped. Every page except the cover carries a small footer naming your organization, the tier, and the license number. It makes the license visible to whoever on your staff opens the file, and it means a copy that turns up somewhere it should not be can be traced back rather than becoming an accusation aimed at the wrong organization. Please do not remove it.

Payment, delivery, and refunds

Individual purchases are processed at checkout and delivered immediately as a download and by email. If a guide does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email me.

Because these are digital files delivered on the spot, all individual sales are final and refunds are not offered once a guide has been downloaded. If a file will not open, arrives damaged, or you were charged twice, email me and I will make it right.

Multi-user and agency purchases are quoted, invoiced, and delivered as described above, and are non-refundable once the stamped files have been delivered.

Copyright

All guides, worksheets, templates, cheat sheets, and written material are the copyrighted property of Dynamic Behavior Solutions. A purchase grants a license to use the material. It does not transfer ownership and it does not grant any right to reproduce, adapt, or distribute the content beyond what is described above.

If these terms are broken

A license may be revoked if the material is used outside these terms, and no refund is issued in that case. In practice this is almost always a misunderstanding that one email resolves, so please just ask before assuming.

When a multi-user license expires

At the end of an unrenewed term, distribution stops. You do not hand the guides to any new families, and you take down any internal link or posting used to reach them.

Copies already delivered to families are theirs to keep. Nobody is asked to claw a PDF back out of a parent’s inbox, and your own reference copies can stay in your records. What ends is the right to distribute.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The version that applies to your purchase is the version posted on the day you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
